UNC Transit, Inc. is committed to operating in full compliance with North Carolina Medicaid regulations, HIPAA privacy requirements, and all applicable safety standards.

If you have a complaint or wish to report suspected fraud, waste, abuse, billing concerns, privacy violations, or safety issues, you may submit a confidential report below.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
